摘　　要：讨论水溶性聚酯浆料的结构和性能特点及其用作纺织浆料的应用效果。介绍了水溶性聚酯的化学结构、红外光谱、X射线衍射图谱、生物降解性;分析了水溶性聚酯浆料在短纤纱上浆和长丝上浆中的应用效果。介绍了水溶性聚酯浆料的产品研发方向。认为:水溶性聚酯浆料具有较好的浆纱综合性能,针对其在上浆应用中的缺点进行深度研究,可研发出性能更好的浆料。The struction&properties of water-solubility polyester size mixture and its application effect as textile size mixture were discussed.The chemical struction,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction spectrogram and biodegradability of water-solubility polyester size mixture were introduced.The application effects of water-solubility polyester size mixture on short fiber yarn sizing and filament sizing were analyzed.The product research directions of water-solubility polyester size mixture were introduced.It is considered that the sized yarn properties of water-solubility polyester size mixture are better.Better size mixture can be developed through the deep research aimed its disadvantages in sizing application.
