摘　　要：探讨氧化田菁胶PR-Su复合浆料的上浆性能。测试了不同氧化田菁胶与PR-Su复配比例的复合浆料浆出纱线的毛羽、耐磨和强伸性能。研究了所得复合浆料的浆液黏度热稳定性、浆膜性能、黏附力、浆纱强伸性能和热稳定性。结果表明:氧化田菁胶与PR-Su复配比例为1.5∶2.5时,复合浆料浆出纱线性能较好;复合浆料具有良好的黏度热稳定性和黏附力,适度的强伸性能。认为:所制得的氧化田菁胶PR-Su复合浆料具有较好的上浆性能。The sizing properties of oxidized sesbania gum PR-Su composite size mixture were discussed.The hairiness,abrasive resistance and breaking&elongation property of sized yarn by the composite size mixture of different oxidized sesbania gum and PR-Su compound proportion were tested.The properties of composite size mixture such as viscosity stability,size film property,adhesion,breaking&elongation of sized yarn and thermal property were studied.The test results showed that the yarn sized by composite size mixture had better properties when the compound proportion of oxidized sesbania gum and PR-Su was 1.5∶2.5.The composite size mixture had better viscosity thermal stability,better adhesion and suitable breaking&elongation property.It is considered that the composite oxidized sesbania gum PR-Su size mixture has better size properties.
