摘 要:探讨纺织纤维混和的技术问题。阐述了纤维均匀混和的目的和要求及其需考虑的各种因素。解析了多种混和机器原理,包含抓棉混和、随机混和、时差混和、气流混和、平铺直取、换向混和等,并通过流程案例予以说明。认为:针对不同的纤维原料和产品要求,实现纤维均匀混和需采用不同的工艺组合方案。The technology problems of textile fiber blending were discussed.The purpose,requirement and all the elements that should be considered for fiber blending uniformly were explained.The working principles of several blending equipments were introduced.It included plucking blending,random blending,time difference blending,airflow blending,flat out&straight picking and reversing blending and so on.Moreover,the cases of process flow were used for explanation.It is considered that uniformly blending of fibers can be achieved by adopting different processing combining schemes aimed at different fiber raw materials and product requirements.
