棉纺厂异性纤维全面控制方法及应用

摘　　要：探讨异性纤维全面控制理念及在棉纺厂的应用。分别介绍了USTER JOSSI VISION SHIELD 2型异纤机、魔眼、USTER QUANTUM 3型电子清纱器(含丙纶模块)及USTER CLASSIMAT 5型纱疵仪工作原理。通过异纤机、魔眼和电子清纱器数据采集,利用在线系统的趋势分析和人工分拣,优化异纤机和电子清纱器的工艺参数,使成纱异性纤维得到有效控制。认为:通过采集各工序的异性纤维数据,优化参数,最终可满足用户对纱线异性纤维的要求。Comprehensive control concept and application of foreign fiber in cotton mills were discussed.The working principles of USTER JOSSI VISION SHIELD 2 foreign fiber removal machine,magic eye,USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer(including polypropylene module)and USTER CLASSIMAT 5 yarn faults classifying tester were introduced.Through the data acquisition of foreign fiber removal machine,magic eye and electronic yarn clearer,trend analysis based on online system and manual sorting were used to optimize the process parameters of the foreign fiber removal machine and the electronic yarn clearer,so that foreign fibers in yarns can be effectively controlled.It is considered that the user's requirements for the foreign fibers in yarns can be finally satisfied by collecting the data of the foreign fibers in each process and optimizing the parameters.
