摘 要:研究碳纤维长丝束加捻后的强伸性能。选用国产SYT49 12K碳纤维长丝束,对两束长丝束进行反向合股加捻,股线捻度为单纱捻度的1.4倍,对所得不同捻度值的股线进行拉伸性能测试及分析。结果表明:在一定的捻度范围内,随着单纱及股线捻度值的增加,碳纤维长丝束股线的断裂强力先增大后减小,但不小于两束12K碳纤维长丝束无捻并丝的断裂强力,同时股线的断裂伸长率逐渐增大。认为:反向合股能够在一定程度上提高碳纤维长丝束股线断裂伸长率,同时断裂强力也能满足复合材料总强力要求,最终可依据设计效果量身定制碳纤维产品伸长特性。Tensile properties of carbon fiber filament strands after twisting were discussed.Two bundles of domestic SYT49 12K carbon fiber filament strands were reversely twisted and twisted.The twist value of twisted strands was 1.4 times of the single twisted yarn.The tensile properties of the strands with different twist values were tested and analyzed.The results showed that within a certain range of twist,as the increase of single yarn and strands twist value,the breaking strength of carbon fiber filament strands first increased then decreased,but not less than two bundles of 12K carbon fiber filament strands.The breaking elongation rate of the strands was gradually increased.It is considered that breaking elongation strength rate of carbon fiber filament strands can be improved in a certain degree by adoptting reverse twisting.The breaking strength can also meet the total strength requirement of the composite material.Finally,the elongation of the carbon fiber product can be tailored according to the design effect.
