摘　　要：针对当前家纺面料整体风格变化较少,立体感较差的问题,文章设计使用2组经纱与3组纬纱进行特殊结构的交织,通过合理的纹样设计,应用高收缩纱在后整理中的高收缩性能,使织物表面形成立体软雕塑及纹理层次多变的外观风格,从而开发出一种具有凹凸形态的新型立体装饰绸面料的新方法。通过对其基础组织及纱线的设计,使得该立体装饰绸面料得以在多臂织机上进行生产,操作性强,具有很好的实用价值。In view of the overall style of home textile fabric is less varied and the stereoscopic impression is poor,this paper presents a special structure,which is interweaved by two groups of warps and three groups of wefts.Through the ingenious pattern design,the high shrinkage yarn is applied in the finishing process to form stereoscopic soft sculpture and changeable texture on the fabric surface,so as to develop a newtype decorative silk fabric with concave-convex form.Based on the design of its basic texture and yarn,this fabric can be produced on the dobby loom,which has strong operability and good practical value.
