摘　　要：香蕉纤维具有持久性抗菌、吸湿透气等性能,但其纯纺时可纺性能较差。为开发香蕉纤维混纺纱线高档家纺床品面料,可将香蕉纤维与粘胶及天丝^(TM)纤维按合适比例混纺成纱。纺纱时须对香蕉纤维进行预处理,同时在各工序采取相应技术措施。织造加工时应合理进行产品结构设计,优选上机工艺参数,方可保证产品品质与性能。The banana leaf fiber has antibacterial,moisture absorption and wicking properties,but its spinnability is poor when it is purely spun.Thus,in order to develop high-end bedding material made by banana leaf fiber blended yarn,banana leaf fiber,viscose fiber and Tencel^TM fiber should be blended in a suitable proportion.And the banana leaf fiber should be pretreated and the corresponding technical measures should be taken during the entire process.The product structure should be designed reasonably during weaving process,and process parameters should be optimized,so as to ensure product quality and performance.
