摘　　要：为科学评价沿边民族地区农村基层公共文化服务质量,基于Z自治区4市8县(区) 38村的1434份调研问卷,构建村级综合文化服务中心服务满意度指标评价体系,运用复相关系数倒数为权法确立指标权重,计算38个村级综合文化服务中心的满意度指数,以此进行层次聚类分析。研究发现:Z自治区村级综合文化服务中心服务满意度普遍不高;各市之间差异明显,且沿边地区与整体情况差距明显;所有指标中文艺体育设施是最大短板。This paper is designed to make a scientific evaluation of the quality of rural grass-roots public cultural services in China’s ethnic frontier regions.Based on 1434 pieces of questionnaires distributed in 38 villages in the Z Autonomous Region,an evaluation system is established for evaluating the service satisfaction index of village-level comprehensive cultural service centers,and multiple correlation coefficient is adopted to determine the weight of evaluation indicators.Thus,the service satisfaction index of the 38 village-level comprehensive cultural service centers is worked out,and then a hierarchical cluster analysis is made.It is found out that:First,the service satisfaction of the 38 village-level comprehensive cultural service centers is generally low.Second,the public cultural services in frontier regions have been far lagged behind that in non-frontier regions,and there are obvious differences among the public cultural services of different frontier regions too.Third,the lack of facilities for arts and sports is the main factor leading to the low service satisfaction.
