摘  要:目前,关于无刷直流电机(BLDCM)控制方法的分析大多是在电动状态。但是,它也可能在发电状态下工作。对BLDCM转矩的控制一般通过对电机电流的控制来实现,而电流滞环控制可直接控制电机电流,获得较好的转矩控制品质。提出一种用于BLDCM电动状态和发电状态的电流滞环控制方法,不仅可以成功完成换相,还可以抑制换相区间的转矩波动。此外,还提出一种基于快速响应的滞环控制的新型转换控制方法,以同时进行换相和状态转换。Nowadays,the studies about the brushless DC motor(BLDCM)control are mainly focused on motor state.However,it may also work in generator state.The control of BLDCM torque is generally achieved by controlling the motor current.The current hysteresis control(CHC)method can control the motor current directly,so the better torque control performance can be obtained.A CHC for BLDCM in motor and generator state is presented.CHC can not only complete commutation successfully but also reduce commutation torque ripple.Moreover,a novel transition control method based on the background of CHC with fast response is proposed to carry out commutation and the transition processes simultaneously.
