摘  要:综述了聚合物/石墨烯纳米片(GNPs)导热复合材料的最新研究进展,重点探讨了GNPs结构、表面功能化、核壳结构、混杂GNPs及协同效应,石墨烯泡沫以及复合材料的制备工艺等因素对聚合物热导率的影响及机理。最后总结和展望了聚合物/石墨烯导热复合材料当前面临的问题及未来研究方向。This article reviewed the latest research progress in thermally conductive polymers/graphene composites and emphatically discussed the influence factors on thermal conductivity of reinforced polymers,which included the structure and surface functionalization of graphene,the core-shell structural composites or hybrids with graphene as well as their synergistic effect,graphene foams and their processing technologies.Moreover,the current problems in the industrialization of thermally conductive polymers/graphene composites were summarized and their development direction in future was prospected.
