摘  要:以菠萝叶纤维为原料,在氢氧化钠预处理后,通过酯化反应制备氯化血红素/菠萝叶纤维改性材料。采用氯化血红素对菠萝叶纤维进行改性,考察了氯化血红素质量浓度、接枝温度、反应时间对接枝率的影响,确定较佳接枝条件为氯化血红素质量浓度为1.0g/L、反应时间2h、接枝温度40℃。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射及热重分析等,对菠萝叶纤维改性前后结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,改性纤维表面已接枝了氯化血红素,且半纤维素被去除;改性纤维仍属于Ⅰ型纤维素,结晶度由65.0%提高到74.3%,改性纤维的热稳定性降低。Pineapple leaf fiber was used as raw material to prepare materials modified with hemin/pineapple leaf fiber by esterification after sodium hydroxide pretreatment.Hemin was used to modify pineapple leaf fiber.The effects of hemin mass concentration,grafting temperature and grafting time on grafting rate were investigated.The optimal grafting conditions were confirmed as follows:mass concentration of hemin 1.0 g/L,grafting time 2 h,and grafting temperature 40℃.The structures and thermal properties of modified pineapple leaf fiber were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometer and thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that hemin was grafted on the surface of the fiber and hemicellulose was removed.The crystal structure of modified fiber still belonged to celluloseⅠand the crystallinity increased from 65.0%to 74.3%.The thermal stability of the modified fiber decreased.
