摘 要:针对两种不同类型及质量百分比的整理剂对两种针织用腈纶仿羊绒纱抗起毛起球性能进行研究。结果表明:仿羊绒腈纶纱混入40%抗起球腈纶纤维时,抗起球性能提高0.5级;阴离子型聚丙烯酸酯整理剂和硅油复配能显著提高织物的抗起毛起球性,降低静电压峰值和缩短静电压半衰期。综合考虑纱线的抗起毛起球性和生产成本,在聚丙烯酸酯整理剂为2%时,采用腈纶抗起球仿羊绒纱线为最佳方案。In this thesis,two different types of finishing agents with different mass percentage were used to study anti-pilling property of two kinds of cashmere-like acrylic yarns.The results showed when cashmere-like acrylic yarn was blended with 40%anti-pilling acrylic fiber,anti-pilling performance improved by 0.5 grade.Anionic polyacrylate finishing agent and silicone compound could significantly improve the anti-pilling performance of fabric,reduce the peak of static voltage,and shorten the half-life.In view of the yarn pilling resistance and production cost,when the usage of polyacrylate finishing agent is 2%,anti-pilling cashmere-like acrylic yarn is the best scheme.
