摘  要:采用导电炭黑锦纶复合长丝嵌织法制备成涤纶抗静电织物。研究导电丝含量、组织结构、导电复合丝类型及嵌入方式对织物抗静电性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着导电丝含量增大,织物的抗静电性能迅速提高,然后趋于平稳;缎纹织物较平纹、斜纹织物拥有更好的抗静电性能;DTY型导电复合丝织物较FDY型导电复合丝织物的抗静电性好;导电复合丝经纬向双向嵌入较经向单向嵌入的织物抗静电性更好。The conductive polyamide composite filaments filled with carbon black were embedded into the polyester antistatic fabric.The influence rules of conductive filament content,weave structure,the types of conductive composite filament and embedding way on the antistatic properties of fabric were studied.The results showed that the antistatic properties of the fabric improve rapidly and then tend to be stable with the increase of the conductive filament content.The satin weave fabric has better antistatic properties than the plain weave fabric and twill weave fabric.The DTY conductive composite filament fabric has better antistatic properties than the FDY conductive composite filament fabric.The antistatic properties of longitude and latitude embedded conductive composite filament fabrics are better than that of longitude one-way embedded conductive composite filament fabric.
