摘  要:为了研究含水率对消防服用织物导热系数及热防护性能的影响,采用瞬态平面热源法对不同含水量的阻燃外层织物进行导热系数的测试,并将常用消防服各层面料进行配伍组合,润湿舒适层织物模拟消防员汗湿情况,润湿阻燃外层织物模拟消防用水润湿情况,在总热流量达到83kW/m^2的情况下,采用热防护性能测试仪测试铜片热流计累计吸收的热量达到人体二级烧伤时需要的时间,以此判定面料组合的热防护性能。结果表明:a)消防服用织物的导热系数随着其含水率的增大而非线性地增大;b)面料组合的低程度润湿(含水率在32%以下)对面料组合的热防护性能有消极影响。面料组合的含水率为26%时,其热防护性能降到最低。In order to study the influence of moisture content on thermal conductivity and the thermal protective performance of fabrics for fire-fighting suits,transient planar heat source technique was used to test the thermal conductivity of outer flame retardant fabric with different water content,and the commonly used fabric of each layer for fire-fighting suits was combined into fire-retardant multilayer fabric combinations.The comfort layer was moistened to simulate the situation that the fabric absorbs perspiration from a sweating firefighter,and the outer flame-retardant fabric was moistened to simulate the condition that the fabric is wetted by fire water.A thermal protective performance tester was employed to measure the required time of the heat cumulatively absorbed by copper heat flow meter leading to the second-degree burn when the total heat flow reached 83 kW/m 2,which can be used to assess the thermal protective performance of the fire-retardant multilayer fabric combinations.The results showed that:a)the coefficient of thermal conductivity of fabrics for fire-fighting suits increases nonlinearly with the increase of their moisture regain;b)low-level moisturizing of fire-retardant multilayer fabric combinations(moisture content below 32%)has a negative impact on their thermal protective performance.And when their moisture content is up to 26%,the thermal protective performance reaches the minimum.
