摘  要:针对分散染料在超细涤纶织物上容易迁移的问题,选取并提纯了3只适用于超细涤纶织物的分散染料,绘制了其标准工作曲线,在此基础上研究染色后的热定形工艺与拒水拒油整理对分散染料迁移性的影响,并优化了后整理工艺条件。结果表明:随着超细涤纶织物后整理工序中焙烘温度、焙烘时间和拒水拒油剂用量的增加,分散染料的迁移量逐渐增大;当热定形工艺为90℃预烘90s,185℃焙烘60s,拒水拒油剂MG6650与MG002质量比为1∶1,复配用量为20g/L时,能够降低拼染棕色超细涤纶织物上分散染料的迁移量,并且提高织物的耐摩擦色牢度至4~5级,防水性能至4~5级,拒油性能达到8级。To the problem of the easy transfer of disperse dyes on superfine polyester fabrics,three disperse dyes suitable for superfine polyester fabrics were chosen and purified.Besides,standard working curves were drawn.On this basis,the effect of heat-setting process and water and oil repellent finishing on disperse dye transfer were investigated,and post-finishing conditions were optimized.The results indicated that transfer quantity of disperse dyes shows gradually increasing trend with the rise of curing temperature,curing time,and dosage of water and oil repellent agents.Under the following heat-setting conditions:pre-drying 90 s at 90℃,curing 60 s at 185℃and time,the mass ratio of MG6650 to MG002 1:1 and compound dosage 20 g/L,the transfer quantity of disperse dyes on the combined dyed brown superfine polyester fabrics could reduce,and the color fastness to rubbing of dyed fabrics could increase to Level 4-5.Besides,water-proof property could reach Level 4-5,and oil-repellent ability could reach Level 8.
