摘 要:为深入研究聚酰亚胺面料的阻燃特性,对聚酰亚胺、间位芳纶、阻燃粘胶3种原料纺制成的面料的阻燃性能进行对比分析。结果表明:聚酰亚胺具有更好的阻燃效果,聚酰亚胺面料极限氧指数高达38%,无阴燃、续燃时间,不融滴,损毁长度小于10mm;在有焰燃烧条件下,产生毒性气体量及烟密度远小于其他阻燃面料;并且聚酰亚胺能以较低混纺比例大幅改善间位芳纶、阻燃粘胶的阻燃性能。In order to study the flame retardant property of polyimide fabrics,flame retardant properties of three fabrics made of polyimide,meta-aramid and flame-retardant viscose respectively were contrasted and analyzed in this paper.The results showed that polyimide fabrics have better flame retardant effect than the other two materials.The limit oxygen index of polyimide fabrics is as high as 38%,and it doesn t show after-flame or smoldering time.The damaged length is less than 10 mm.In case of fire,the density of smoke and toxic gas produced by the combustion of polyimide fabrics is much lower than other flame-retardant viscose fabrics.What s more,the flame retardation of mixed fabrics could be significantly improved with low blending proportion.
