摘  要:介绍气压传动技术的特点及其在浆纱机上的应用。重点分析浆纱机经轴退绕张力及压浆力控制,系统介绍了经轴退绕张力及压浆力控制的原则及方法,比较气动控制技术与其他控制技术的特点,认为气动控制技术与PLC及计算机控制技术相结合,可以使浆纱的多项质量指标得到精确有效地控制。The characteristics of air pressure transmission technology and its application in sizing machine were introduced.Unwinding tension of warp beam and squeezing force control of sizing machine was mainly analyzed.The principles and methods of unwinding tension of warp beam and squeezing force control were introduced systematically.The characteristics of pneumatic control technology were compared with other control technologies.It was considered that pneumatic control technology combined with PLC and computer control technology can effectively and accurately control multiple quality indexes of sizing yarn.
