改良腹腔镜手术治疗Ⅱ型子宫瘢痕妊娠11例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良腹腔镜手术治疗Ⅱ型子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的有效性和安全性。方法 11例Ⅱ型CSP患者,均采用改良腹腔镜手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 11例患者均取得成功,手术操作时间为(81±11)min,术中出血量(70±20)ml,住院时间4～7 d, 11例4周内血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)降至正常范围,术后4～9周月经恢复来潮,月经规律。结论改良腹腔镜手术治疗Ⅱ型CSP效果确切,是目前可选择的安全有效的治疗方案,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effectiveness and safety of modified laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of typeⅡcesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods All 11 typeⅡCSP patients were treated with modified laparoscopic surgery,and their treatment effect was observed.Results The sugery of all 11 patients were successful,with operation time as(81±11)min,intraoperative bleeding volume as(70±20)ml,hospitalization time as 4~7 d,and the bloodβ-human·chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)decreased to the normal range within 11 weeks.Menstruation recovered at 4~9 weeks after surgery,and menstruation was regular.Conclusion Modified laparoscopic surgery for type II CSP is a safe and effective treatment option,and it is worth promoting.
