摘　　要：目的探讨埋藏式起搏器术后康复操对患者康复效果的影响。方法 100例行埋藏式起搏器手术患者,根据随机数字法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组术后实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上指导患者术后行康复操锻炼。观察比较两组患者Barthel指数评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的Barthel指数评分为(89.34±9.13)分,明显高于对照组的(81.75±9.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见囊袋感染、囊袋出血、电极脱位,研究组患者术侧肩关节活动障碍及肩部疼痛的发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行埋藏式起搏器手术治疗的患者,术后早期进行康复操练习,可降低肩关节活动障碍、肩部疼痛的发生率,提高日常生活能力,促进康复。Objective To discuss the effect of postoperative rehabilitation exercise on patient’s rehabilitation with implantable pacemaker.Methods A total of 100 patients with implantable pacemaker were divided by random number method into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received postoperative rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.Observation and comparison were made on Barthel index score and occurrence of adverse reactions,rehabilitation effect and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The research group had obviously higher activity of daily living scale(Barthel index)score as(89.34±9.13)points than(81.75±9.78)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no capsular infection,pouch bleeding and electrode dislocation between the two groups.The research group had lower incidence of shoulder dyskinesia and shoulder pain than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercises after operation can reduce shoulder dyskinesia and shoulder pain,improve ADL and promote the recovery of the patients treated with implantable pacemakers.
