10个美女樱与细叶美女樱种(品种)核型分析

摘　　要：对国内外常用的10个美女樱(Verbena hybrida Voss)和细叶美女樱(Verbena tenera Spreng)种(品种)进行了核型分析和进化趋势研究。结果表明:各品种供试材料核型公式分别为细叶美女樱‘祥和’,2n=2x=10=8m+2sm;细叶美女樱‘梦幻曲’,2n=2x=10=6m+2sm+2st;美女樱(蓝),2n=2x=10=10m;美女樱‘托斯卡纳’(玫红),2n=2x=10=8m+2sm;美女樱‘托斯卡纳’(蓝),2n=2x=10=10m;美女樱‘水晶’,2n=2x=10=10m;美女樱‘石英’(猩红),2n=2x=10=8m+2sm;美女樱‘石英’(红),2n=2x=10=8m(1SAT)+2sm;美女樱‘石英’(粉),2n=2x=10=8m+2st;美女樱‘魔力紫’,2n=2x=10=8m+2sm。核型不对称系数为55.54%～62.33%,核型类型为1A、2A两种类型。进行进化趋势分析发现,细叶美女樱‘梦幻曲’为最进化的品种。With the karyotyping and evolutionary trends of 10 Verbena hybrida Voss and Verbena tenera Spreng cultivars at home and abroad,the experiment was conducted to perform utilization and breeding of germplasm,karyotype.The karyotype formulas of 10 cultivars as follows:V.tenera Spreng‘Xianghe’:2n=2x=10=8m+2sm;V.tenera Spreng‘Imagination’:2n=2x=10=6m+2sm+2st;V.hybrida Voss‘Blue’:2n=2x=10=10m;V.hybrida Voss‘Tuscany Rose With Eye’:2n=2x=10=8m+2sm;V.hybrida Voss‘Tuscany Blue’:2n=2x=10=10m;V.hybrida Voss‘Quartz Silver’:2n=2x=10=10m;V.hybrida Voss‘Quartz Scarlet’:2n=2x=10=8m+2sm;V.hybrida Voss‘Quartz Red Eye’:2n=2x=10=8m(1SAT)+2sm;V.hybrida Voss‘Quartz Pink’:2n=2x=10=8m+2st;V.hybrida Voss‘Magic’:2n=2x=10=8m+2sm.The asymmetry index of the chromosomes ranged from 55.54%to 62.33%,and the karyotype were 1A and 2A.By evolutionary trend analysis,V.tenera Spreng‘Imagination’is a relatively new cultivar.
