摘 要:以壳聚糖(CS)和羟基磷灰石(HAP)为原料,戊二醛为交联剂,采用冷冻干燥法制备了壳聚糖/羟基磷灰石(CS/HAP)复合海绵,利用FTIR,XRD,SEM对其进行了表征。考察了HAP加入量、溶液pH值、接触时间、初始质量浓度对复合海绵吸附铅的影响。研究表明,HAP加入量2 g,pH值5. 5,初始质量浓度200mg/L时,CS/HAP复合海绵对铅的饱和吸附容量达95. 20 mg/g。吸附过程符合二级吸附动力学模型。Chitosan/Hydroxyapatite(CS/HAP)composite sponge was prepared by freeze-drying method using Chitosan(CS)and Hydroxyapatite(HAP)as raw materials and glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent.The composite sponge was characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.The influences of amount of HAP,pH,contact time,and initial mass concentration on the adsorption of lead were investigated.The results showed that saturated adsorption capacity of composite sponge reached 95.20 mg/g,when amount of HAP was 2 g,pH was 5.5,and initial mass concentration of lead was 200 mg/L.The adsorption process was found to follow pseudo-second order equation.
