摘 要:为探讨综放窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩变形破坏与控制难题,以某矿103工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟等方法研究综放窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩变形破坏特征、灾变失稳过程及相应控制技术,研究结果表明:(1)受不稳定覆岩运动影响,沿空掘巷靠煤柱侧顶板煤体破碎严重,煤柱帮与实体煤帮变形显著;(2)103运输巷道变形失稳是多次动压影响、软弱煤体、窄煤柱、大断面和岩层水平运动综合作用的结果,得出沿空掘巷变形破坏演化过程;(3)据此提出"高强锚杆+非对称锚梁桁架+桁架锚索"的联合控制技术,并阐述其控制裂隙发育,增加围岩整体性,提高围岩承载能力的控制机理,现场工业试验验证了支护方案的合理性。In order to probe the deformation and failure and control problems of rock masses around the gob-side entry by fully-mechanized caving mining with a narrow pillar,a comprehensive method including field monitoring,theory analysis,numerical modelling was employed to study the deformation and failure characteristics,instability mechanism and control measurements of the rock mass surrounding the gob-side entry,based on the engineering background of No.103 lane mining face in a coal mine.The results suggest that:①With the influence of movement induced by unstable overlying strata,the roof coal masses on the coal pillar side was seriously damaged,and the virgin coal pillar and coal pillar were damaged seriously.②The deformation and instability of No.103 lane was a result of multi dynamic loads,soft and weakness coal mass,a narrow coal pillar,large cross-section and horizontal movement,and the evolution process of deformation and failure of gob-side entry was deduced.③A combined control technology including high strength bolts,asymmetric cable beam and cable truss was put forward,and its control mechanism including controlling fractures evolution and improving the bearing capacity and integrity of the surrounding rocks was clarified.Its validity was verified by the field application.
