摘　　要：目的探讨中国西部地区男男性行为者(MSM)对暴露前预防用药(PrEP)的接受意愿及影响因素。方法采用非随机抽样,调查重庆、广西、四川MSM的社会人口学特征,获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)相关知识,PrEP的接受意愿及其影响因素。采用χ2检验进行单因素分析,Logistic逐步回归进行多因素分析。结果本次调查问卷1 403份,MSM中愿意使用PrEP的为80.40%,接受意愿较高;对AIDS患者的态度不歧视、担心AIDS威胁家人、接受过AIDS免费咨询、有饮酒史的MSM更愿意使用PrEP,相应OR值分别为2.601、1.462、1.351、1.466。结论为提高MSM的PrEP接受意愿,可考虑在生态系统框架下,从个人、人际关系、社区、系统结构等层次实施PrEP。Objective To investigate the willingness to accept Pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)and its influencing factors among Men who have sex with men(MSM)in western China.Methods Non random sampling was used to investigate the social demographic characteristics,acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)related knowledge,PrEP acceptance intention and its influencing factors of MSM in Chongqing,Guangxi and Sichuan.Chi square test was used for univariate analysis,and Logistic stepwise regression was used for multivariate analysis.Results There were 1 403 questionnaires,80.40%were willing to use PrEP among MSM;those who had no discrimination towards AIDS patients,worried about the threat of AIDS on their family,had received free AIDS counseling,and had a history of drinking alcohol were more willing to use PrEP,the corresponding OR values were 2.601,1.462,1.351,1.466,respectively.Conclusion PrEP can be implemented from the individual,interpersonal relationship,community,system structure and other levels within the framework of the ecosystem to improve the acceptance willingness of PrEP among MSM.
