产业转移研究现状及对京津冀协同发展的启示——基于文献分析的视角

摘　　要：产业转移和区位选择是产业空间分布特征的重要表现形式,是实现产业结构优化升级、推动产业创新、促进区域协调发展的重要途径。我国正处在经济增长方式快速变化、产业结构优化调整的关键期,关注产业转移研究和实践验证越发显得重要。该文系统梳理了产业转移理论的研究路径、理论背景及价值,并进行了简要述评;总结了影响产业转移区位选择的一般特征;回顾了产业转移理论在中国的应用。在此基础上,以京津冀产业转移研究为例,分析了产业转移理论在区域内的应用及对未来研究的启示。Industry transfer and industry location selection are the important expression form of the spatial distribution of industry,it will be an important way to optimize the industrial structure,promote the industry innovation and regional harmonious development.At the present stage,China is in a critical period of rapid change of the economic growth mode and optimization of industry structure,we must transform the economic development pattern and adjust the industrial construction.So,the research on industrial transfer becomes more important.This paper has made a systematic analysis about the research route,theory background and research value of industry transfer theory.Furthermore,the paper has reviewed the theory of industry transfer used in China and summarized the general characteristics that effect the locational choice of industry transfer.And on this basis,the potential applications of industry transfer theory have been analyzed by taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an example.
