摘 要:为了评估智能变电站二次系统的可靠性,针对现有研究未充分考虑保护失效带来的后果的问题,提出了计及保护失效的智能变电站二次系统的综合风险评估方法。首先利用Markov过程,计算各二次设备的稳态概率。按照IEC61850的功能分解,采用可靠性框图法,计算各保护系统的稳态可用度、稳态误动率、稳态拒动率。针对各保护系统的各失效情景,分析各保护失效事件的发生概率、受到影响的一次设备。采用"删去留下"法,获得保护失效情景下主接线的最小路集,获得主接线的可靠性指标。综合考虑保护系统失效带来的主接线可靠性指标变化与失负荷量,采用保护系统失效情景的发生概率、失负荷量、主接线故障频率相对值三个指标,构造保护系统的异常失效风险指标。以异常失效风险、停运失效风险及其在全站综合风险的占比,定量分析某保护系统失效对全站保护系统综合风险的影响程度。典型变电站的多个算例验证了所提方法的有效性。With the assessment the reliability of secondary system in smart substation,the existing studies have not given full consideration to the effect of protection failure,a kind of integrated risk assessment method of secondary system considering the protection failure is proposed.Firstly,the Markov processes are used to obtain the steady-state probabilities of secondary equipment.According to functional decomposition of IEC61850,the reliability block diagram is used to get the steady-state availabilities,rejection rates,and malfunction rates for the distributed protection systems.For the failure scenarios of protection,the occurrence probabilities and the affected primary equipment are analyzed.The delete and leave algorithm is used to find the minimal path sets and the reliability indexes of the corresponding main wiring.Considering the reliability indexes of main wiring and load loss,the probability of protection system failure,the load loss and the relative value of fault frequency of main wiring are multiplied to define the risk indexes of the protection system abnormity.The abnormal risks of protection systems are obtained,as well as the outage-failure risks and their proportion in the total risks of whole substation,as a result,the influence of protection failure on integrated risk can be analyzed.The examples of typical substation illustrate the effectiveness of proposed smart substation risk assessment method.
