高校公益支教组织网络化困境的思考

摘　　要：信息技术的演进促进了社会形态的变革,随着网络化逻辑在公益传播领域的不断渗入,我国迎来了公益3.0时代的崭新生态。作为公益传播中重要主体的大学生公益组织,囿于学校行政层面的制度限制以及高校相对安稳平和的成长环境,并未能很好把握当前网络化社会的转型本质以及带来的发展机遇,面临着技术运用、组织结构及公益理念三个层面上的现实困境。由此,变"在地生存"到"脱域发展"、变"科层约束"到"共意动员"等可谓支教组织网络化发展的可行路径。The evolution of information technology has promoted the transformation of social form.With the continuous infiltration of the network logic in the field of the nonprofit communication,China has ushered in the new ecology of the social welfare 3.0 era.As an important power of nonprofit communication,the college nonprofit organizations confine to the institutional restriction at the school administration level and the relatively stable and peaceful campus environment,fail to grasp the transformation essence and the development opportunity of the current networked society.Facing the practical predicament on the three levels of technology application,organization structure and public welfare concept,it is feasible path for the college volunteer teaching organizations by using the new“unlocal”strategy,helping to get off the“bureaucratic structure”framing and to develop the“common consensus”.
