摘 要:南沙港铁路洪奇沥水道桥为主跨360m的下承式钢桁梁柔性拱桥,钢桁梁采用华伦式,柔性拱采用焊接箱形截面。由于拱肋结构的特殊性,其柔度大,提出拱肋竖转方案和两侧原位拼装中间部分提升后合龙的"三大段+提升"方案,采用有限元软件对2种方案进行全桥施工过程分析计算,特别是拱肋施工过程中的稳定性。结合结构受力、临时结构的用量、工期、施工风险等方面的对比分析,"三大段+提升"方案不但节约了工期和临时结构的投入,同时避免了拱肋在施工中容易失稳的不利因素,保证了结构在施工过程中的安全性,最终确定该桥钢拱采用"三大段+提升"方案。The Hongqili Water Channel Bridge on Nansha Port Railway is a through arch bridge with steel truss girder and flexible arch.The main span is 360 m long.The steel truss girder adopts the Warren truss and the flexible arch has welded box cross-section.Because the arch rib structure is special and the flexibility is great,two schemes are proposed,one is the vertical rotation of the steel arches,and the other is named the“three sections plus lifting”scheme,which involves the in-place assembly of the side arch sections and closure of the arch rib after the lifting of the long central arch section.The finite element method was used to calculate and analyze construction process of the overall bridge proposed in the two schemes,especially the stability of the arch rib in the construction process.In terms of the load bearing capacity of the structure,the amount of temporary structures used,construction schedule and construction risk,the“three sections plus lifting”scheme not only shortens construction time,reduce the amount of temporary structures,but also avoid the adverse condition of vulnerable stability of arch rib in the construction process,which can ensure the safety of the structure during the construction process.Finally,it was determined that the steel arch of the bridge be constructed by the“three sections plus lifting”scheme.
