摘  要:为了快速、准确地测出粗集料中针片状颗粒的含量,运用Image-Pro Plus对集料的数字图像进行测量,并引入了平面形状指数和片状系数2个参数,建立了针片状颗粒评价模型,得到试验样本的针片状颗粒含量及其波动图。将评价模型测得的数据与游标卡尺法测得的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:模型测得针片状颗粒含量的误差在允许范围内,且当颗粒平均粒径越大,误差越小。因此通过Image-Pro Plus建立的针片状颗粒评价模型有良好的可行性,具有快速、准确的优点。In order to quickly and accurately measure the content of elongated and flaky particles in coarse aggregates,the Image-Pro Plus was used to measure the digital image of aggregates.Besides,the parameters of plane shape index and flake coefficient were also introduced in the study for establishing the evaluation model of elongated and flaky particles.Therefore,The content of elongated and flaky particles of the test sample and its fluctuation diagram were obtained.Then,the data obtained from the evaluation model were compared with those measured by vernier caliper method.The results show that the error of the content of elongated and flaky particles measured by the model is within the allowable range and the larger the average particle size,the smaller the error.Therefore,elongated and flaky particles evaluation model established by Image-Pro Plus has good feasibility and it is fast and accurate.
