摘 要:文章研究了双蛋型交接耐压壳设计及屈曲行为。首先,优选蛋形函数,设计了双蛋型交接耐压壳结构,并建立了钝端/尖端两种相交形式的258个数值模型,分析了环形加强肋对其屈曲行为的影响规律。最后,提出了变形协调设计理念,研究双蛋壳的非线性屈曲最终破坏形式,并与单个完整蛋形壳体的静水压力试验和数值结果对比分析。结果表明:变形协调理念设计的环肋厚度略大于满足临界屈曲载荷的环肋厚度的临界值,该设计方法较为保守稳妥,且加强后的双蛋壳不会改变完整蛋形壳原有的耐压机制。Bionic design of double-segment egg-shaped pressure hulls was carried out based on goose egg shell and buckling behaviors of them were investigated as well.Firstly,double-segment egg-shaped pressure hulls were designed on the basis of the best egg-shaped function describing goose egg meridian.Then,258 numerical models with two intersecting forms were established and the effects of geometric parameters of the rib ring on the collapse load were detailed.Finally,the principle of deflections consistency was proposed.Results of numerical and analytical study into non-linear buckling behaviors of double-segment egg-shaped pressure hulls were provided.An egg-shaped pressure hull fabricated in a single piece is used for comparison.The results show that the thickness of rib ring according to the principle of deflections consistency is slightly larger than the critical value,which is much more conservative.Buckling behaviors of current double-segment egg-shaped pressure hull is identical to an egg-shaped pressure.
