摘  要:为揭示岩原鲤形态性状对体质量的影响,随机选取6月龄岩原鲤幼鱼165尾,分别对体质量(y)、全长(x1)、体长(x2)、躯干长(x3)、头长(x4)、眼后头长(x5)、吻长(x6)、眼径(x7)、体高(x8)、体宽(x9)、尾柄长(x10)、尾柄高(x11)共12项性状指标进行测量。采用相关分析、通径分析以及多元回归分析方法,以体质量为依变量,形态性状为自变量,分别计算相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,并构建形态性状对体质量的多元回归方程。研究结果显示,所测定的岩原鲤各形态性状与体质量的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);通径分析结果表明,全长、体宽以及尾柄高3项形态学指标对体质量的直接影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01),为影响体质量的重要指标,其中,全长(P=0.653)对体质量的影响最大;3项形态性状指标对体质量的总决定系数为0.970,表明所选形态性状是影响6月龄岩原鲤的主要性状;应用逐步多元回归分析建立了以体质量为依变量,全长、体宽以及尾柄高为自变量的回归方程:y=-14.901+0.166x1+0.379x9+0.331x11。本试验研究结果可为岩原鲤良种选育提供基础数据。In order to find out the relationship between body weight and morphometric traits of Procypris rabaudi,165 6-month old fish were randomly sampled for measuring 12 character indices including total length,body length,head length,trunk length,head length behind the eyes,snout length,interorbital,body depth,body width,caudal peduncle length,caudal peduncle depth and body weight.Correlation analysis,path analysis and multiple regression were used,the correlation coefficients among all attributes were calculated,and the path coefficients and determination coefficients were calculated by using body weight as a dependent variable and the other morphometric traits as independent variables in path analysis.The regression equation of morphological traits to body weight was established by stepwise regression analysis.The results showed that all the correlation coefficients between each independent variable and dependent variable(body weight)were significantly different(P<0.01).The data indicated that the path coefficients of three morphometric attributes(total length,body width,and caudal peduncle depth)to body weight reached significant difference level(P<0.01),indicating that they were major factors influencing body weight.The total length gave a predominant direct effect(0.653)on the body weight.The total determination coefficient(r 2)of all selected morphometric traits to body weight was 0.970,indicating that the morphometric traits in this study were major factors influencing body weight.The multiple regression equation relating to the body weight was established as y=-14.901+0.166 x 1+0.379 x 9+0.331 x 11,where x 1,total length;x 9,body width;and x 11,caudal peduncle depth.The finding provides theoretical evidence for selective improved variety and establishment of artificial population of P.rabaudi in aquaculture.
