摘  要:为掌握辽东湾海水颗粒相中多环芳烃的分布及来源特征,以辽东湾海水颗粒相中多环芳烃作为研究对象,利用气相色谱—三重串联四极杆质谱仪对2016年5月和8月海水颗粒相中24种多环芳烃进行分析,并对24种多环芳烃的分布特征、分子组成和主要来源等方面进行了探讨。试验结果显示,5月和8月辽东湾海水颗粒相中24种多环芳烃含量分别为(83.9±119.3)ng/L和(28.8±31.4)ng/L,季节变化显著,5月和8月辽东湾海水颗粒相中芘的含量最高,平均含量分别为(30.0±35.3)ng/L和(12.5±13.8)ng/L,其次是菲和荧蒽;海水颗粒相中多环芳烃的高值区主要分布在辽河口和大辽河口附近海域;辽东湾海水颗粒相中多环芳烃来源的异构体比值法分析表明,5月和8月海水颗粒相中多环芳烃为石油源和燃烧源的混合来源,燃烧源为主。本研究结果可为海洋环境保护与污染控制监管工作提供一定的理论依据。To study the distribution and sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in suspended particle-phase of surface seawater from Liaodong Bay,24 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in suspended particle-phase of surface seawater samples from Liaodong Bay were analyzed using Gas Chromatography-triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometery in May and August of 2016.The distribution,composition and main sources of PAHs were discussed.The average concentrations of PAHs were found to be(83.9±119.3)ng/L in May and(28.8±31.4)ng/L in August,without significant seasonal change in PAHs levels in surface seawater.Pyrene showed the highest concentratrion,followed by phenanthrene and fluoranthene.The pyrene concentrations of suspended particle-phase of surface seawater were(30.0±35.3)ng/L in May and(12.5±13.8)ng/L in August.The high concentration areas of PAHs were usually in the sea area of Liaohe estuary and Daliao estuary.The main source of PAHs was the mixed sources of petroleum source and combustion source in May and August,and combustion source was the main source.The findings provide a theoretical basis for marine environmental protection and pollution control supervision.
