摘 要:采用水热法分别合成了微孔和多级孔CoAPO-5分子筛,采用XRD、SEM、NH_3-TPD、N_2吸附-脱附等手段表征其结构,通过液相催化氧化糠醛制备马来酸,考察了反应条件对催化性能的影响。结果表明,多级孔CoAPO-5分子筛中呈介孔孔道,约为6.16nm,球状结构。与微孔CoAPO-5分子筛相比较,多级孔CoAPO-5分子筛具有较大的孔径和较高的酸量,因而表现出较好的催化效果。在m(1,2-二氯乙烷)∶m(过氧化氢)∶m(糠醛)=3∶5∶1,催化剂用量为糠醛质量的12%,反应温度60℃,反应时间3h的条件下,多级孔CoAPO-5分子筛催化剂上,糠醛的转化率为86.91%,马来酸的收率为85.89%,较微孔CoAPO-5分子筛分别提高10.91和21.62百分点。Microporous and hierarchical molecular sieves CoAPO-5 were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization method.The structural properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,NH 3-TPD,N 2 adsorption and desorption methods.The catalytic performance of the catalysts was evaluated by the reaction of furfural to Maleic acid in aqueous phase,and the influences of the reaction conditions were investigated.Results show that the hierarchical molecular sieves CoAPO-5 have mesoporous pore,which is about 6.16 nm,having a spherical morphology.Compared with the microporous molecular sieves CoAPO-5,the hierarchical molecular sieves CoAPO-5 have larger pore size and more acidity,thus exhibiting better catalytic efficiency.The conversion of furfural is 86.91%,and the yield of Maleic acid reaches 85.89%at 60℃for 3 h when m(1,2-dichloroethane)∶m(hydrogen peroxide)∶m(furfural)is 3∶5∶1,with the catalyst dosage of 12%of the mass of furfural.Compared to microporous CoAPO-5,the conversion and the yield over hierarchical CoAPO-5 are increased by 10.91%and 21.62%respectively.
