摘  要:研究了重油甲苯不溶物质量分数的最佳测定条件。以重油为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,以滤膜的孔径、甲苯的体积、甲苯的温度为自变量,甲苯不溶物质量分数为响应值,根据Box-Behnken实验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的分析法模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,优化重油甲苯不溶物质量分数的测定条件。回归模型具有高度显著性,方程对实验拟合较好,可以对重油甲苯不溶物质量分数很好地分析和预测,得到各因素对甲苯不溶物质量分数的影响大小。结果表明,重油甲苯不溶物质量分数的最佳测定条件为滤膜孔径0.22μm、甲苯体积355mL、甲苯温度73℃;优化后的测定条件更能精确地测定重油甲苯不溶物的质量分数;实测值与预测值的相对误差较小,说明最佳的测定条件可靠性较高。The objective of this study was to optimize experimental conditions for toluene insolubles in heavy oils.Residues from heavy crude oil were used in this paper.On the basis of single-factor test,the response surface methodology was utilized to investigate the effects of toluene volume,temperature and pore size of filter membrane.The toluene insoluble mass fraction was chosen as the response value.The regression model had a high significance level.The established regression equations match with experimental results well,and also demonstrate good prediction results of toluene insolubles in heavy oils.The influences of each factor on mass fraction of toluene insolubles were obtained.The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions for determination of toluene insolubles are toluene volume 355 mL,toluene temperature 73℃,pore size of filter membrane 0.22μm.With the optimized experimental conditions,a high accuracy of toluene insolubles can be achieved.The relative error between the measured and predicted values was minor,which indicates the high reliability of the optimized conditions.
