摘  要:以一种褐煤为原料煤,马瑞常压渣油(MRAR)为原料油,在高压釜内进行煤/油加氢共炼反应,从反应后的产品中提取了固体残渣(甲苯不溶物),通过元素分析、XRF、SEM、XRD、FT-IR、XPS等手段对固体残渣进行了表征分析。结果表明,该固体残渣的有机成分中富含稠环芳烃,杂原子官能团之间存在氢键缔合作用,Fe、Al、Ca等金属元素含量高。固体残渣颗粒粒径分布范围较宽,71.64%分布在52.48μm以内,部分颗粒表面光滑,结构紧密;部分颗粒表面粗糙,孔隙较多。残渣表面的C主要以C—C、C—H形式存在,且存在27.61%的石墨C。O主要以羰基形式存在,S主要以噻吩S形式存在,N主要以吡啶和吡咯的形式存在。残渣表面碱性基团相对含量较高,趋于碱性。With lignite coal and Venezuela atmospheric residues as feedstocks,coal/oil co-hydrocracking was performed within an autoclave.Solid residues(toluene insolubles)were extracted from the above products and characterized with different techniques,i.e.,elemental analysis,X-Ray Fluorescence,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Characterization results suggest that organic components in the solid residues are mainly poly-aromatics;hydrogen bonds exist between heteroatom functional groups.In addition,it was found that main metal elements are Fe,Al and Ca in the solid residues.Particle diameter distribution of solid residues is very broad,but more than 71.46%of them are less than 52.48μm.Part of particles exhibit smooth surface with compact structure,but rough surface and porous structures were also observed for other particles.On the surface of solid residues,carbon atoms mainly exist in the forms of C-H or C-H,with 27.61%of carbon atoms as graphitic carbons.It is also noticed that oxygen exists mainly as carbonyl group,and nitrogen mainly exist as pyridine and pyrrole.The content of basic groups on the solid residue surface is high,and thus the surface exhibits alkaline property.
