摘 要:采用1m^3高压反应釜中试放大合成了100kgβ分子筛,对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、NH_3-程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)、比表面积(BET)等一系列表征测试,并与进口β分子筛催化剂进行了对比。合成的β分子筛原粉经过550℃焙烧脱除模板剂、离子交换、加入黏结剂,进行成型后处理制成催化剂,在工业侧线装置上进行了苯和乙烯液相烷基化合成乙苯的试验研究。考察了不同苯/烯摩尔比、不同进料方式、不同温度条件对β分子筛催化性能的影响,并进行了6072h的工业侧线稳定性试验。结果表明,乙烯转化率达到100%,乙苯选择性大于95.6%,催化性能稳定,可满足工业生产的需要。100 kgβzeolite was synthesized in the 1 m 3 high pressure reactor.The physicochemical properties ofβzeolite were performed by XRD,SEM,N 2 adsorption and NH 3-TPD techniques,and the self-madeβzeolite was compared with the importedβzeolite.Before it is used as active component of catalyst in the liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene,the as-madeβzeolite was calcined at 550℃to remove the organic template,treated by ion-exchange and calcined to be acidic H-β,and then mixed with binder by method of extrusion molding,respectively.The catalytic evaluation(activity,selectivity,product distribution and stability)of self-madeβzeolite was carried out in industrial side-line equipment for 6072 h,under different mole ratios of benzene to ethylene,feed ways,and temperatures.Results show that the catalyst possesses excellent catalytic properties,with ethylene conversion of 100%and the selectivity of ethylbenzene over 95.6%,which meets the requirement of industrial production.
