家居产业智能制造的现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：通过中国家具产业的发展现状、定制家居及家居行业数字化制造企业发展情况、家居信息化管控技术等,分析了家居产业制造模式的演变及智能化制造态势,体现在:定制家居的发展速度明显高于传统家居、数字化制造模式逐渐形成、家居信息化管控技术逐渐成熟。通过对智能家居内涵的理解,明确了家居产业智能制造的指导思维理念和关键技术——数字化制造。在此基础上,就智能制造对整个家居产业带来的影响进行了综合分析,得出了全屋定制家居和整木定制家居的产业格局正在逐渐崛起,"套餐包"、"场景化"、"现实+VR虚拟"、"O2O模式"等家居产业销售和服务形式正在兴起,以及核心竞争力向提高"科技含量及附加值"、"产品+服务"、家居系统解决方案服务商等方面正在转变的最新情况。由此提出了家居智能制造的发展方向,主要包括:以设计为中心的数字化设计、控制为中心的数字化制造、管理为中心的数字化管理等三方面的数字化转型技术;以连接信息孤岛、共享数据资源的协同平台构建技术;以先实现线上线下(OAO),再到关联企业的进销存,进而通过企业资源计划管理系统(ERP)、加强物料清单(BOM)、计算机辅助工艺(CAPP)、制造资源计划(MES)的应用,最终实现整个家居产业链智能制造的持续改进及分步走战略。可对个性化定制家居产业的发展和转型升级提供新思路,同时对未来家居产业数字化制造起到积极的指导作用。Transformation of furniture manufacturing pattern and the situation of intelligent manufacturing of the status quo in the home furnishing industry,the development of corporations in customized furniture and digital manufacturing,the management and control techniques in manufacturing information,etc.were analyzed in this paper.The evolution of the manufacturing model and the intelligent manufacturing trend are presented as follows:the development speed of customized home furnishings is obviously higher than that of the traditional home furnishings,the digital manufacturing model is gradually formed,and the management and control technology of home furnishings information gradually mature.Through understanding the connotation of the smart home furnishing,it was found that the guiding ideology and key technology of the intelligent manufacturing of the home furnishing industry are digital manufacturing.On this basis,through the comprehensive analysis of the impact of intelligent manufacturing on the whole household industry,it can be concluded that the demands of the whole house customized furniture and the whole wood customized home furnishings increase gradually.The styles of home sales and service of“combo package”,“scene change”,“reality+VR”and“O2O model”are developed.To improve the enterprise competitiveness of home system solution service,the“technology content and added value”,“product+service”transformation,etc.were proposed.This paper puts forward the development direction of home furnishing intelligent manufacturing,which mainly includes:digital transformation technologies such as design-centered digital design,control-centered digital manufacturing,and management-centered digital management.It was established the technologies of collaborative platform connecting information and sharing data resources.Firstly,Online And Offline(OAO)is achieved,the affiliated enterprise is entered sells saves,then through the management system(ERP),the Bill of Material(BOM),Computer Aided Process Plan
