摘  要:针对当前高炉渣显热尚未得到高效回收利用的现状,兼顾我国的能源结构和煤气化技术发展,文章利用自行搭建的小型固体颗粒热载体煤气化系统对采用高炉渣颗粒作为热载体的煤气化系统进行了实验研究。主要考察了煤种、温度等对气化反应速率、碳转化率、产气组分、热值等的影响规律,以期寻找出最佳的气化反应操作参数。实验结果表明:该工艺对煤种具有广泛的适应性,以沈南煤为代表的高挥发分低含碳量煤种同样表现出较高气化特性;在一定的温度范围内,碳转化率、反应速率和煤气热值峰值随温度的增加而增加;反应达到1373K后,反应初期高温气化特性优于低温气化特性,随后明显低于低温气化特性,气化反应的最佳温度为1373K;产气组分中只有CO和H2,不存在大链的碳氢化合物。According to the situation the energy of blast furnace slag have not been recovered,the paper gave a research on coal gasification using blast furnace slag granules as heat carrier,considering China's energy structure and development of coal gasification technology.The effect of coal types and reaction temperature on reaction rate,carbon conversion,synthesis gas composition,and heating value were studied.The results show that:this technology has wide adaptability to coal types;in a certain temperature range,the carbon conversion rate,the reaction rate and the calorific value of synthesis gas increase with increasing temperature;when temperature ranks above 1373K,the gasification characteristics of high temperature is superior to low temperature at first,the subsequent gasification characteristics is significantly lower than that of low temperature characteristics,so optimum temperature is 1373K;gas component contains only CO and H 2,there is no large chain hydrocarbons.
