基于5S理念的创新实践平台构建模式

摘　　要：针对当前工程教育实践教学中实验设备、实验室建设模式与运行模式等存在的问题,提出了一种基于5S理念的创新实践平台构建模式。该实践平台采用元件化、挂接式、仓储型实践结构;以专业、任务团队和技术结构为主线组织管理,以5S的自我成长理念为指导,培养学生的设计能力、学习能力、实践能力和管理能力。建设具有系统性、综合性、多功能性以及灵活适应性的实验技术平台,实现人才培养的多样化,达到实验室的发展与人才成长互相促进的良好效果。Aiming at the existing problems about the experimental equipment,laboratory construction mode and operation mode in practical teaching of engineering education,this paper puts forward a construction mode for the innovative practice platform based on 5S idea.The practice platform adopts the component-based,articulated and warehousing practice structure.With the professional,task-team and technical structure as the main organizational management and the 5S self-growth idea as the guidance,students’design ability,learning ability,practical ability and management ability are trained.A systematic,comprehensive,multi-functional and flexible experimental technology platform is constructed,the diversification of talent training is realized,and the good effect of mutual promotion between the development of the laboratory and the talent growth and progress is achieved.
