摘 要:研制了一套低激励、高精度、一体化的模块化电场指纹检测系统。采用基于PXIe总线的模块化设备搭建硬件系统,在LabVIEW开发环境下编制了图形化测控软件。经实验验证,该系统能准确捕捉金属腐蚀的萌生并且误差小,提高了电场指纹检测实验的安全性及准确性、减少了测试时间、提高了检测效率,有益于推广电场指纹技术的应用。A low power,high accuracy and integrated modular electric field fingerprint detection system is developed.The hardware system is built with the modular equipment based on the PXIe bus,and the graphical measurement and control software is programmed under the LabVIEW development environment.The experimental results show that this system can accurately capture the corrosion initiation with small error,improves the safety and accuracy of the electric field fingerprint detection experiment,effectively reduce the test time,and improve the detection efficiency,which is beneficial for promoting the application of the electric field fingerprint technology.
