摘　　要：医学实验室的安全管理工作是高等医学院校安全管理工作的重要组成部分。医学实验室也是培养师生安全与环保意识、提升安全素养的重要场所,通过实施规范有序的各项措施,建设以人为本、预防为先的医学实验室安全文化体系。Safety management work of medical laboratories is an important part of safety management in medical colleges and universities.The medical laboratory is also an important place for teachers and students to cultivate their awareness of safety and environmental protection and enhance their safety literacy.By implementing the standardized and orderly measures,the safety culture system of the medical laboratory should be constructed on the basis of the people-oriented and prevention-first principle.
