摘 要:综合电力系统不确定的运行环境和新能源发展的模式,提出了基于置信度变换的区间动态最优潮流问题。引入虚拟电厂的概念,建立传统电厂与虚拟电厂的区间联合优化模型。一方面,基于置信度变换法将区间优化模型转换为确定性数学模型,采用现代内点法求解;另一方面,采用区间优化算法求解的运行边界信息,为系统安全评估提供重要支撑。IEEE-118节点系统的仿真结果表明:置信度变换方法效率高且易于实现,调度人员可通过调整置信度设置值,使运行状态更趋近于安全区域,对于建设系统侧与用户侧良好互动的智能电网具有重要意义。With the combination of the uncertain operation environment of power system and the mode of renewable energy development,an interval dynamic optimal power flow problem based on confidence degree transformation is proposed in this paper.The concept of virtual power plant is introduced,and a joint interval optimization model containing both the traditional and virtual power plants is built.On one hand,the interval optimization model is converted into a deterministic mathematical model using confidence degree transformation method,which is further solved using the modern interior point method.On the other hand,the operation boundary information obtained using interval optimization algorithm can provide important support for the assessment on system security.The simulation results of an IEEE-118 node system indicate that the confidence degree transformation method is efficient and easy to implement,with which the dispatcher can adjust the operating state to be closer to the security zone by setting a reasonable value of confidence degree.This is of great significance for the construction of smart grid with good interaction on the system side and user side.
