摘 要:以硫酸铜、氢氧化钠和抗坏血酸为原材料,分别采用撞击流法和液相沉淀法制备出纳米Cu_2O,以市售氧化亚铜粉末为原料,采用机械球磨法制备出纳米Cu_2O。分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等测试手段对制备产物的物相和形貌进行了表征,重点研究了3种方法所制备的纳米氧化亚铜的抑藻性能。结果表明:撞击流法制得的纳米Cu_2O颗粒细小,尺寸分布较均匀,粒径为30~60nm;液相沉淀法制得的纳米Cu_2O粒径为100~500nm;球磨法制得的纳米Cu_2O颗粒尺寸不均匀,少量小颗粒的尺寸为50nm、大量颗粒尺寸为600nm,并且形貌及边缘不规则。撞击流法所得纳米Cu_2O的抑藻性能远优于液相沉淀法和球磨法所得纳米Cu_2O,其几乎可以完全抑制亚心形扁藻和中肋骨条藻的生长。Cu 2O nanoparticles were synthesized by impinging stream route and liquid precipitation method,respectively,using copper sulphate,sodium hydroxide and ascorbic acid as raw materials and water as solvent.In addition,Cu 2O nanoparticles were also prepared by ball-milling method with the commercial Cu 2O as material.The morphologies and the phase composition of the obtained samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effects of the products synthesized by three methods on the anti-algal performance were investigated in detail.The results indicated that Cu 2O nanoparticles prepared by impinging steam route were uniform particles and the sizes of about 30-60 nm.The Cu 2O nanoparticles prepared by liquid precipitation method were consisted of particles with about 100-500 nm.The size of Cu 2O nanoparticles prepared by ball-milling method was uneven,ranging from 50 nm to 600 nm.The morphology and margins of Cu 2O nanoparticles were irregularly.The Cu 2O nanoparticles prepared by three methods exhibit different anti-algal property.Compared with ball-milling and liquid precipitation methods,the Cu 2O nanoparticles prepared by impinging stream route showed much superior anti-algal property.With which the growth of Platymonas subcordiform and Skeletonema costatum were absolutely inhibited.
