摘 要:我国近半数以上的博士研究生在取得学位后进入高校教师岗位,但其专业学术能力同教学学术能力之间的不对等日趋显现,高校对于新入职教师的满意度在逐渐降低。从教学学术思想的起源和发展对教学学术能力的内涵进行阐释,针对当前我国高校教师培养面临的挑战,分析博士研究生培养阶段对其教学学术能力进行培养的必要性,并就博士生导师如何在培养学生教学学术能力中履行职责与发挥作用进行探讨。After obtaining academic degrees,more than half of the PhDs go to higher learning institutions as teachers.Due to their unbalanced ability that has become increasingly apparent in professional academic research and scholarship of teaching,the universities hiring them become less satisfied with the new teachers.This paper interprets the connotation of the scholarship of teaching from the origin of the concept and its development,and analyzes the necessity of cultivating the scholarship of teaching in doctoral education in view of the current challenges faced by Chinese universities in training teachers for higher learning institutions.Furthermore,this paper also explores how doctoral supervisors could perform their duties well and play a better role in improving the students'scholarship of teaching.
