摘  要:[目的]选育那西肽高产菌株。[方法]游动放线菌通过紫外诱变与化学诱变,对诱变菌株进行那西肽发酵,测定不同发酵条件下那西肽含量。[结果]对比发酵那西肽产量高低获得1株发酵那西肽高产菌株z LL。z LL菌株在豆粉40 g/L、淀粉酶0.4 g/L、淀粉70 g/L、(NH4)2SO41.0 g/L、Ca CO34 g/L,pH 6.5的优化发酵培养基条件下,那西肽产量最高为1 582.73μg/m L。与未优化发酵培养基相比,提高了16.65%。[结论]该研究为今后那西肽的大规模发酵生产提供了基础数据。[Objective]To select high yield strains of nosiheptide.[Method]By ultraviolet mutagenisis and chemical mutagenisis breeding,we had mutagenic strain.The content of narceptide in different fermentation conditions was determined by the fermentation of mutagenicity strain.[Result]Compared with the yield of fermented zLL,one strain of zLL-producing strain was obtained.Under the optimum fermentation conditions of soybean flour 40 g/L,amylase 0.4 g/L,starch 70 g/L,(NH 4)2SO 4 1.0 g/L,CaCO 3 4 g/L and pH 6.5,the maximum yield of narcidine was 1 582.73μg/mL.Compared with the non optimized fermentation medium,the yield increased by 16.65%.[Conclusion]This study provides basic data for large-scale fermentation of nosiheptide in the future.
