摘 要:变压器线圈在VFTO影响下会造成匝间电压的不均匀分布并且可激发出变压器内部高频振荡,这对线圈纵绝缘是很不利的。考虑到VFTO波形特点,当VFTO波形开始侵入变压器时,主要是绕组线匝间构成的电容网络起作用,因此对电容参数影响VFTO下绕组分布的理论分析至关重要。采用轨迹灵敏度的分析方法,研究变压器绕组径向和纵向电容参数对变压器绕组电位分布的影响程度。最后,以连续式绕组和纠结插花式绕组为研究对象,溯源得到对变压器绕组过电压波过程影响较大的电容参数,并通过连续式变压器绕组模型VFTO冲击实验验证得到结论的正确性。Under the influence of VFTO(very fast transient overvoltage),the transformer coil may cause uneven distribution of inter-turn voltage and high frequency oscillation inside the transformer,which may bring problems to the coil longitudinal insulation.Considering characteristics of VFTO waveform,the capacitor network plays a major role when the waveform exerts influence on the transformer.Therefore,the theoretical analysis of the influence of capacitor parameters on the VFTO distribution of windings is of vital importance.This paper adopted the trajectory sensitivity method to study the influence of the radial and longitudinal capacitance parameters of transformer windings on its potential distribution.Finally,taking continuous winding and entangled insert winding as research objects,the researchers traced capacitance parameters which have great influence on the overvoltage wave process of transformer winding.The conclusion was verified by the VFTO impact test of the continuous transformer winding model.
