摘　　要：对半地下式垂直升降类车库的火灾风险、消防设计方案进行探讨和分析。消防方案设计时,应充分利用车库周边消防基础设施条件,并考虑车库自身机械设施的特征。为便于灭火救援,建议火灾时采取可靠的措施将半地下车库提升为地面车库。为降低火灾损失,减少理赔纠纷,车主和车库管理方均应购买火灾保险。The fire risk,fire protection design schemes of semi-un.derground vertical lift garage were discussed and analyzed.The characteristics of garage and the fire infrastructures around the ga.rage should be used for fire protection design schemes.In sugges.tion,the semi-underground garage need to be lifted to ground in or.der to ensure fire safety in fire fighting and rescue.In order to re.duce fire losses and reduce claims disputes,car owners and garage managers should purchase fire insurance.
