水电工程移民安置点建设环境影响及保护措施——以乌东德水电站江边集镇安置点为例

摘　　要：金沙江乌东德水电站为我国大型水电工程,电站建设征地导致大量土地及民房被占用或淹没,3万多移民需要搬迁。为减少移民迁建对环境的破坏,保证安置完成后移民群众拥有良好的生活环境,以乌东德水电站移民安置区较大的江边集镇安置点为例,分析了安置点建设过程中对生态环境、水环境等产生的各种不利影响,提出了安置生态保护、生活污水处理以及垃圾处理等保护措施,以促进安置区朝着社会主义新农村建设的方向发展。During the land requisition for Wudongde dam,a large hydropower projects China,an extensive amount of lands and houses were occupied and flooded,and more than thirty thousands of residents were relocated.In order to reduce its impacts on environment,and ensure a favorable living conditions for the immigrants,we took a resettlement site,Jiangbian town as an example,to analyze the adverse impacts on ecological environment by site construction.The results indicate that the regional environment protection measures should include ecological protection,domestic sewage treatment and waste disposal,which can help resettlement communities develop towards the"new socialist countryside".
