摘 要:选取65zw30-40污水自吸泵为研究对象,基于Mixture多相流模型和RNGk—ε湍流模型,采用Fluent软件对包含腔体在内的污水自吸泵全流体域进行非定常模拟。结果表明:叶片吸力侧的沙粒体积分数明显高于压力侧,叶轮入口及叶片尾缘处沙粒的体积分数较高;涡室内沙粒主要分布于涡室外缘靠近叶轮前盖板侧,随时间的增加涡室内沙粒体积分数较大的区域随叶轮的转动发生变化;腔体的沙粒主要分布于腔体的外缘,内部沙粒分布较为均匀。随时间的增加,污水自吸泵内两相的流动情况及沙粒的分布趋于稳定。随沙粒直径增加,输送流体阻力增大,自吸泵内流体的最大速度逐渐减小。计算域中引入了腔体流体域,与泵在实际运行时的情况更加符合,使结果更加准确。65zw30-40 sewage self-priming pump was selected as the model pump.Unsteady simulation for the computational domain including cavity fluid domain was carried out based on the Mixture multi-phase flow model and RNG k-εturbulent flow model.The results show that:the sand grains volume fraction in suction side of blade was higher than that in pressure side of blade and the sand grains volume fraction in the blade trailing edge and impeller inlet was also higher;the sand grains was mostly distributed in the outer margin of volute chamber close to the front cover plate of impeller and the region in which the sand grains fraction was large moved over time;the sand grains in cavity was mostly distributed in the outer margin of cavity.With the time increasing,the two-phase flow condition and the sand grains distribution gradually tended to be stable.With the particle diameter increasing,the resistance of conveying fluid increases and the maximum flow rate gradually decreases.As the cavity fluid domain was introduced into computational domain,the simulation results were more accuracy and suitable to the actual operation condition of self-priming pump.
