摘　　要：[目的/意义]知识库集结描述清晰、反映全面、关联紧密的知识,是智慧中医的智力支持,在智慧中医决策中发挥着重要作用。[方法 /过程]围绕智慧诊断,从公众、个人、决策3个角度对知识库的使用需求进行梳理,并结合中医诊断各阶段过程,从中医药领域知识、个人健康知识以及运算推理规则3个维度探索基于知识服务个人健康知识库体系框架的构建。[结果 /结论]最终提出中医药个人健康知识库系统的系统结构,详细解释了知识库提供知识服务的两种途径和知识库的5个功能模块。[Purpose/Importance]Knowledge base,which is the intellectual support of Intelligent TCM,aggregates knowledge that describes clearly,reflects comprehensively and closely related,and plays an important role in the decision-making of Intelligent TCM.[Methods/Procedures]Around the wisdom diagnosis,this paper combed the needs of knowledge base from three perspectives of public,individual and decision-making,and explored the framework of personal health knowledge base system based on knowledge service from three dimensions of knowledge in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,personal health knowledge and operational reasoning rules.[Results/Conclusion]Finally,the system structure of TCM personal health knowledge base system was put forward,and two ways of providing knowledge services and five functional modules of knowledge base were explained in detail.
