摘  要:从新疆丰富的放线菌资源中,筛选能产生抑制紫色素杆菌群感效应活性物质的放线菌。采用微量板半定量法检测放线菌发酵液抑制Chromobacterium violaceum ATCC 12472群感效应的能力。筛选出活性稳定、能抑制紫色素杆菌12472群感效应的放线菌5株,分别为TRM10325、10303′、20813、10311、11402。To screen actinomycetes that can produce active substances and inhibit violacein production of Chromobacterium violaceum ATCC 12472 from the abundant actinomyces resources in Xinjiang,the microplate assay was used to detect atinomycetes strains.The results showed that there were five actinomycetes with stable activity and inhibition of violacein of C.violaceum 12472,which were TRM10325,10303′,20813,10311,and 11402.This study provides theoretical basis for the utilization of Xinjiang actinomycetes resources and for developping new drugs targeting to inhibit Quorum sensing.
